Hey it’s Enrico Pallazzo did all the advertising for the Biggest Loser TV-show in Sweden. For the web we focused on Biggest Losers facebook page. We did the facebook start page and also three different facebook apps. The Biggest Loser season consisted of 10 shows. To keep the facebook page alive during the whole season we launched the apps on three different dates during the season. One before the first show, one the day before the fourth show and one the day before the eighth show. This made the users go back to the facebook page to try out the new features.
In the first app you could send training challenges to your friends, pushing them to do different activities. For example complete 10 pushups within 30 minutes or run 10 km in two days. The challenges were posted on your friends facebook wall to make them complete the task. When you finished a challenge you could post that you made it and return the challenge to your friend.
This app was a game where you should get the character in the game to work out for as long as possible. By using your keyboard you had to hit the right keys while the music and speed increased.
Here you could share your best training music by sharing a spotify training list. The trainers and competitors in Biggest Loser show also shared their favorite training music.
